Summary
A publication-era grouping rather than a deeply organic conceptual unit. It gathers Cyberactive (redux), Quiet War, and LEVIATHAN under the Outliers device, connecting them retrospectively to the Within Tolerance field.
History
The grouped tracks came from different origins: a reworked older song, AI/media relations, and politico-behavioural discussion. The Outliers frame was later used to relate them to Within Tolerance.
Meaning
This release works best as a historical packaging layer rather than a doctrinal centrepiece. It shows the early field from which later ASTRA MIRROR structures emerged.
