Explanation
Cascade / High-S describes the condition in which spread, feedback, salience, and reputational force intensify until discourse becomes more like weather than conversation. It belongs strongly to the later stages of the C³ / g8+2 model: compressed packets propagate, systems react, and people increasingly respond not to an originating event but to responses to responses. The concept matters because much of ASTRA MIRROR is about life inside this condition: the atmosphere hardens, institutions grow nervous, performance becomes adaptive, and conflict becomes ambient.
